13 minutes of Hillary Clinton lying

What would the response be if she were a Republican?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dY77j6uBHI

Donald Trump would make fun of her and Right to Rise, JEB's pack would turn it into a campaign commercial as would Cruz and Rubio.

On MOL GL2 would post the link you have posted since the purpose of his long-running thread is to make fun of Republicans. Someone would respond by saying:

"What would be the response if she were a Democrat?

She would have lost the 2008 and 2012 elections to Obama and everyone would be wishing she was running this year.

Lying appears to be a Clinton family trait. Who over the age of 25 will ever forget that TV interview where Bill and Hillary sat side by side and lied in unison?

Or when President Clinton looked America in the eye to proclaim "I did not have sex with that woman!"

Or the ongoing debate on the meaning of "is"?

I just don't know why in the world we would permit that partnership to run this country again. I really would be pleased and gratified to see a woman elected president. A woman who has no baggage to pull her down before she even gets started in office.

Yes, lying, self-serving, hypocritical, but the most qualified for sure, and I think Putin would view her more seriously than Obama. Although I wish she had not changed her position on PCC

Lying is a politician's trait. It would take only a little research to find the lies of every single candidate running for President.

I dunno. Maybe because the economy did so well under the Clinton Administration?

I have said this money times. People don't want politicians to tell them the truth. They want politicians to tell them the lies that reinforce their prejudices.

25? More like 45.

fwiw, you can go to this site and see which candidates are the biggest liars: http://www.politifact.com/personalities/

I think Politifact is sometimes full of crap, but as a directional gauge of who's lying the most, they're not a bad source.  as others have already stated, lying is part of campaigning for all politicians.  And it appears that about half of the time you can expect a Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders or Barack Obama statement to be true or mostly true.

otoh, GOP politicians are only making true or mostly true statements about a third of the time.  in the case of Donald Trump, is almost never.

so to answer the question from the OP,  if this had been a Republican, the video would probably have been close to an hour long instead of just 13 minutes.

one of my favorites is this.  Fully 2/3 of Ted Cruz's statements that have been checked have turned out to be "mostly false," "false" or "pants on fire."

She would be the frontrunner, like Trump.  Trump has flipflopped on several issues.  He will say whatever it takes to be #1.

I don't like the lying, but it's par for the course. That's not an excuse, but if you think you know of a politician who hasn't lied in a major way many times, you're deluded. It's not an excuse at all, but it is not a way to distinguish them from one another.

Tom Reingold is right.

They all lie or, twist the truth.

someone posted this link on one of these threads...but GOP lies more than Dems on a percentage basis.  Just look up any of your favorites right here:

Not that Politifact cherry-picks, but it might be worth keeping in mind that the percentages all depend on which statements it chooses to investigate.

LOL at the "Pants on Fire category!" Then again… pretty sad.

The statements of Sanders that they call false are not all false, At least one of them is absolutely true, the one about Texas Republicans. Polifact has spinned it.

Others are hyperbole. There is not one made up "fact". Nothing like Trump's seeing celebrations in Jersey City on 9-11 or Carly's video of a fetus.
