11th birthday present for niece?

I am not in the know about 11-year-olds any more. This one likes ballet and pastel clothes. And horses. 

Ideas for a bday present, especially one available via Amazon Prime, would be much appreciated!  TIA!

If she lives anywhere local, she would love a Watchung Stables tour or a trip to the ballet, I bet. If she's not local, tickets to a ballet where she lives for her and a guest?
