does Trump not understand that "rat" doesn't mean "liar."  Generally "rats" are hated by mobsters because they tell the truth.

That presupposes that Trump cares about truth. Or that he understands "true" has a different meaning than "good for me."

I guess I should have asked -- doesn't Trump know that calling Cohen a "rat" tells everyone else that Cohen is telling the truth?
