Erin Scherzer holds the appointed seat on the Board for the Community Coalition on Race. A 5+-year resident of Maplewood, she is also PTA President for Tuscan Elementary School. Professionally, Erin practiced as a corporate lawyer before working for 8 years in career development at a higher education institution. Now she works on the business and Human Resources arm of a civil rights law firm.

Kasia Piekarz holds the appointed seat on the Board for SOMA Justice. She has lived in Maplewood for 8 years.
