Ellen Davenport First and Only Woman Mayor of Maplewood Will Speak at HNA's Women's History Meeting

Ellen Davenport to be Guest Speaker at HNA's Celebration of Woman's History Month Ellen Davenport, first woman Township Committee member and only woman mayor of Maplewood, will be the Woman's History Month guest speaker at the Hilton Neighborhood Association's Thursday, March 15th meeting at 7:30 pm in DeHart Community Center, 120 Burnett Avenue, Maplewood. Ms. Davenport will discuss how she became involved in politics, her life as an elected official in Maplewood and her involvement in the state government in Trenton. A question and answer session will follow Ms. Davenport's presentation. Everyone is invited to attend this meeting which is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
